The Official Announcement on the Forming of a 'Weak' Defensive Alliance
The alliance is to offer mutual defense if one nation comes under attack but with consideration taken for the ability of the other nation to offer defense at that time.
This stipulation is mostly to avoid the destruction of one of the nations should the other befall a situation that even with all outside aid would be helpless.
Also the alliance is primarily of a defensive nature in order so that each nation is not forced into unnecessary wars.
Despite the built in limitations of this alliance, should Potty 5 or ViZion ever wish to offer support or aid outside of the confines of this agreement there are no limitations to such.
