OOC- Basicly you ask to join, and i can say yes or no, basic outline: The Democratic party has quickly surpassed the communist party in popularity, and several attacks on the communist party have left hundreds of supporters dead. The communist party has gained the support of reformists and the poor, and is leading an uprising against the Democratic party, which is currently has a massive majority of the House and Parliment. The Communist forces have taken most of the Western part of the nation, see the map below. Oh, and i will be rping both sides until i find someone who wants to do it.

President Scharfe looked out the window of the Capital building. The clounds sagged low upon the sky, and a light rain was falling. Practicly overnight the communist party had assembeled an impressive military force, and taken over 30 percent of the nation.

He sighed, and locked the door. He then began to type a message to leaders to as many nations that popped into his head, which simply read "Help". He had seen over the nation for over 25 years, and did'nt want to see it fall apart now. The Government forces had already mobilized, and began rushing toward the western plainlands, were the communist forces had assembled.

His impressive navy had also fallen apart, with its naval base at San Sodez raided , with the communist taking off with several helicopter carriers, a Super-dreadnaught, and 80 smaller vessels, including destroyers, frigates, corvettes and repair ships.

The previous night had been a long one. Major uprisings had occured in many cities, but almost all had ben put down with force. Over 12,000 people had been killed, and over 40,000 civilians had been injured by debris and stray fire. The police force had taken sides, and opened fire upon each other. Scarfe had declared martial law earlier this morning, and several communist cabinent members had been thrown on the street, only to be killed by Rioters. One Communist Cabinent member even pulled out a handgun and wounded 4 other senators before being shot. Justin sent a quick message out before hurrying to take a shower, it read:

Attention any nation
The Democratic Willink government has collapsed, and the communist have began a gigantic uprising. Requesting immedite assistance.

Green Sun is colficted on who to support. The Green Sun Socialist Party has a strong standing in Parliment, the Emperor supports the Democratic Party, and the Council of Theocrats doesn't care. Green Sun will abstain from any in Willink at this time.

President Scarfe looked over the short green sun message. He breathed a sigh of relief. He quickly forworded the message to The Fleet admiral.

EASTERN FARMLANDS NEAR LODINA

Unsually heavy fighting had just started in the agricultural area 45 miles west of the City of Lodina. The expressway connecting the city with Belo had been heavily mined, and layers of barbed wire had been set. Still, two communist divisions had crossed the current border with armor support, surrounding and capturing several dozen soldiers. The 4th and 5th infantry battalions had set up in several farms in the area, deploying light machine guns and Spike
anti-tank missiles. An armor detachment, consiting of a dozen or so Dardo Hitfist IFV's were also within the area and ready to offer support. As the communist closed in, automatic fire ripped through the quiet morning. The Democratic forces held up in a large farm complex, and the IFV's raced toward the combat zone. The communist held up in the ditches next to the main road, fireing off rounds at the Democratic postions and launching an RPG every few moments, most crashing into trees, while one managed to hit an abandoned house off the road containing 4 snipers, killing them all, and causing the derilict structure to collapse.

Operation: Tsunami

Communism, known in Jagada has the "Red Plague" or the "Virus of the Hammer and Sickle". Whatever name it went by, it was clear that Communism was not friend of Jagada. The policy of opposing Communism and espically Communist expansion at every stop had always been a policy of the Religious Imperium, and was even an inactive policy of the now dead Religious Commonwealth. Though, never before had Jagada lived up to their Anti-Communist policy, though now within their own region, the Consortium of Shadows, a Red Menace revealed itself in the form of a revolution in Willink, a semi-ally of the Religious Imperium. With permission already granted by Lebenon, a fleet and a group of soldiers had already been sent out. Due that it was in Jagada's own region, the travel time was very short when compared and took little time.

The first phase of a much great operation, was the small operation known as Tsunami, its goal was to try and open up to Jagada their own point from where they could assault. Due that the Communists were already outnumbered, having a two front war would push them to the extreme. The Jagadians would assault the group of islands in northern Willink, currently under Communist control. At the fleet, a group of transports were about to land around ten-thousand newly armored Crusaders, most Crusaders carried the average armor of any other Jagadian Grande Armie branch. Though these ten-thousand souls had a new armor known the Jagadian Armored Battle Suit (JABS) nicknamed "Chainmail". In reality, it was similar to the Macabee 'Samson' battlesuit and the generally unknown Mk. 1 Battle Suit. Though the look and direction taken of this new suit was different, where the Macabees attempted to generally balance everything out, the JABS 'Chianmail' tended to have thicker armor, a bit heavier but once a trooper was trained it became normal to him.

Using a UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), that was battery powered and thus rapidly decreased sound, the Jagadian command got a good image of what each island had in terms of defense. With the area mapped out, the Jagadians then decided to take a chance. They would attack the island they nicknamed "Old Maid". It was the horozontially long island that acted as a virtual shield to the ones further south of it. Taking this island would generally mean the others would follow in suit.

With the objective made clear, the transports set out going as quietly as possible. As they made their way, from the six Jagadian carriers sitting out north of the island, several dozen Fighter-Bombers flew off of the carrier and over their target. Using th element of surprise and the fact that no major cities were on these islands (and thus the Communists probably wouldn't have a great deal of trained men here, more less high-tech aircraft), the Fighter-Bombers flew overhead, using past information they began a precise bombing run on any Communist defensive lines or fortifications. What bombs and missiles couldn't destory, bunker busters were thrown in to ensure they were destroyed. Just as quickly as the planes appeared they disappeared, hopefully leaving a devastated enemy in their wake.

It was about this time that the troop transports hit the beaches, the Crusaders quickly turned their regular vision onto infra-red in order to track the enemy in the dark. To ensure they were not divided and conquored, the first wave came in about a thousand men strong, and wieling their Hali-21 Assault rifles they quickly advanced from the beaching, quickly attacking and attempting to overwhelm defenders as quickly as possible. As they advanced about five-hundred yards in, a second wave of about a one-thousand five hundred (1,500) came in and acted as reinforcements. The second wave also carried heavy machine-guns, insteado the light-machines that the first waved carried. After the first two waves, the remaining troops came in slowly to add a general amount of reinforcements to the front line.

Using a 'Foot-Blitzkerig' type stratgey, the Crusaders advanced as quickly as possible in an attempt to quickly gain control of the island.

[OOC: Sorry if that seems like godmode. I didn't expect any resistance, if there is just roleplay from where they would have engaged my men and we can go from there. Also, I'll have stats up for the Chainmail soon, but for now here is the pic to it is Here (http://insiderimages.ign.com/download/image/desktops/halo2_1280.jpg)]

OOC- many of the islands have no air defense, while the 9 shaped one has multiple SAM postions, several military bases, and two infantry divisions. resistance on the islands mainly exist of fast attack boats, machine gun postions, a few light tanks, some attack helicopters, and numorous portable SAMs and Anti-infantry missiles. Total communist forces on the islands numbers at 86,000. In total communist forces can mount 675,000 troops, around 1000 tanks, 400 helicopters, around 1,900 Light vehicles, while only around 200 fighter aircraft. The Democrats have about 1.4 million troops, 7500 tanks, 1,000 fighter aircraft, and a 400 ship navy.

OPEN MESSAGE FROM THE COMMUNIST STATE OF WILLINK, CAPITAL, BELO.

Greetings great communist nations and other governments of the world. I am Joseph Kringz, Self elected leader of the Communist state of Willink. We have been supressed by the Democratic Dogs for FAR to long. We now ask for your asisstance in our political and military war against The Democratic Republic. While our men are well trained, we do not have the forces to asertain a total victory. The leaders of The Republic must be tried for their political crimes. The so called 'President' of the Republic, Justin Scarfe, claims that he had nothing to do with the executions of 40 Communist supporters four weeks ago, and the 250 executed under the cover of the riots eight days ago. HE LIES. We MUST remove him from power and he shall suffer the fate of those poor communist symphisizers. DEATH TO THE REPUBLIC !

The Third Fleet made best speed to Willink. Satellite feeds have told them exactly where to hit with their guns, Archers, and jets and teh Fort constructed by Homer went on full alert as tanks and men rolled out of the forest to fight Willink revolutionaries. The battel was expected to be short and sweet with a complete route of the Willink Communists.

But it simply wasn't to be.

The Fleet suffered many technical problems. The Archer missiles that were being loaded had mechanical and programming problems, which caused a few hours of delay. A few of the jets suffered from a virus that was sent into the Green Sun internet systems earlier that day, which caused all Green Sun internet connections to stop, closing many websites down and slowing UziCorp's productivity. At the Fort (Now named Fort Sean, after the GS ambassedor to Willink), a few tanks had weapon jams and some soldiers were defying their COs.

It was a very odd day for the Green Sun military.

((OOC: Okay, I don't have time enough to fully do the civil war RP.
Basically, in Risban, Lord Zorag and his conspirators maintain control of the capital and Parliament, and that part of the country. However, Imperial Loyalists have managed to come together to fight against Zorag, even though he killed the Emperor and all that jazz. They <the good guys> maintain control of much of Risban, including the lands that border Willink, Green Sun, Jagada, Hantul, and Kentuckistan, and Admiral Tarda (a good guy) has managed to keep control of a considerable amount of the navy. Thus, the Risbanian civil war is presently at a stalemate.
Naturally, both sides of Risban will be responding differently.))

President Scharfe
From the Grand Imperium of Risban

Noble ally, we shall come to your aid in your time of need, out of hopes that when we need it, you shall do the same.
I am placing under your control fifty-thousand soldiers, as well as an assortment of tanks. Furthermore, I am deploying four Type 23 Frigates, one Risban-Class Command Cruiser, 2 Wasp-Class AAS, and seven Burke-class Destroyers.

We hope you triumph against the communist forces.

Sincerely,
~Grand Admiral Eric Tarda~
-Commander, Imperial Loyalist Forces-

~Empress Nora Courtney~
-Widow of the Emperor, Diplomat-

Meanwhile, Lord Zorag began backing the communists. His himself was not fond of communism; however, he would do whatever it takes to bring chaos to the Consortium of Shadows and allow his puppets and allies to take control.

The Green Sun fleet has suffered too many technical problems to go on to Willink safely. They are returning to a Green Sun-held island for repairs and refueling.

The Ground assault, however, is not canceled. Tank after tank rolls out of Fort Sean and many combat Chinooks loaded with Green Sun infantry are headed to the frontline cities to take control and spread Pro-Peace propaganda. Green Sun is a firm believer in political differences being settled in a peaceful manner with words instead of guns, and Green Sun has begun to air such commercials and shows on Green Sun television. They hope they will not have to ue violence and are not dropping directly into the cities, but with the Willink camps behind them.

Operation Tsunami

Since the taking of "Old Maid" Jagadian forces had used to captured island to bring in more Crusaders (these didn't have the 'Chainmail') and more so of artillery. The guns being brought in were the already obsolete Incinerators, which Jagada had bought in mass from Kriegzimmer. While they were obsolete on a modern battlefield, they would prove useful here. Recon reports had shown the Communists to have a lack of artillery, and thus the Incinerators would prove to be useful. Only about three-hundred of them were brought onto Old Maid, but their overwhelming capabilties to prove more than useful here. An airbase was also in construction, but far from completetion. The Incinerators were positioned so they could bombard the island next to Old Maid.

With the Incinerators in placed the bombardment of the island began. While the shells weren't hitting deep inland, they were hitting the coast, and a few miles inland. The useful part about the Incinerators were that they were designed to fire a round per second. The bombardment would occur for about three-hours, having a total of fifty-four thousand (54,000) 155mm shells reign down upon the Communists on the island now dubbed "Crystal". Due to the lack of Communist artillery the Jagadians felt safe doing this tactic due to no fear of counter-barrage.

---

Field Marshall York, the most well-known Jagadian general, was in charge of Operation Tsunami, both the naval and military aspects of the engagement. He sat watching the events unfold from his command ship the Dreadnaught known as the JGFS Truth. While most of the operation was going well, the Jagadian people were hesitant to stay engaged for too long. News reports had been suggesting there might be a Jagadian-Macabee Colonial War occuring overseas and the Macabees alone were a big enough threat, the people didn't want to tie forces up trying to fend off Communists. Though due to the fact that Jagada was now an Imperium and not a Commonwealth meant that the Emperor had final say, though not even he could hold the people at bay for long. This campaign had to be quick and swift. With as little Jagadian blood spilt has possible. He knew the solution was simple--Total War. A war that would destroy everything. Every possible resources the Communists could use to further their war. Everything meant a lot, down to to the last slice of bread and screw. Absolute Total War. He knew this meant destroying millions of lives (not threw execution, but rather threw the destruction of their property and valuebles), but an old quote came to him:

"The more horrible war is, the quicker it will end."

With that he instructed the communications officer to send the following message to both Emperor Remington and the Willinkian Democratic Forces:

From: Field Marshall York

Greetings,

I would like to make a request to both parties involved in this conflict, save the Communists. This war will drag on for weeks, if not months before the Communists are eventually defeated. During this time it will force both Jagada, Green Sun, and the Willink Democratic Forces millions if not billions of currency in support of the war, thousands (if not millions of lives if you include civilians), and a will to fight left in the defeated Communists.

We must end this war quickly. As such, I would like to be given permission to wage a total war on the enemy. This would be done with carpet bombing of industralized areas, the destruction of railroads, and once my forces occupy an area we will destroy everything the enemy could use before moving on. So as to break their will to fight and drain them of their capability to fight.

I ask that you please consider this proposal throughly.

The men were led out by a huge man, in an armored power suit. His weapon used electromagnetic fields to fling metal spikes at subsonic speeds, which were known to pass cleanly through an enemy, killing them on contact. Although not terribly accurate, they got the job done. Another man followed after him, also wearing a combat suit. The only difference was his weapon, double wrist mounted flamethrowers. Their fuel was supplied on the wearers back, and they had a range of 10 meters (30 feet). Another group of Marines, as they were known, walked off, carrying their electro-spike weapons. Finally, the last man departed this current craft, wearing a cut down version of the battle-armor. He wore no helmet, and carried only a small Colt .45 pistol on his belt. He was Guan Shao, the battalion commander.

Departing the other VTOL, was a group of men in Rover-like suits. They quickly carried off huge metal slabs from the third, and final, VTOL, and immediatly started welding them together. They dug into the ground, creating a trench, and then placed the walls on the inside part of the trench. The fastened them down, and before long, a small fort was created, with enough room to room a battalion, and up to 20 tanks. The VTOLS lifted off, and hissed into the sky, flying back toward the west.

In about 2 hours, another flight of VTOLS arrived, dropping off 150 marines, 50 'firebats', as the flamethrower units were known as, and 2 tanks. These tanks set up at the rear of the base, and locked into position, their artillery mode enabled. The rovers, after gathering some resources, started building A barracks, to train and house even more men. They also created a landing pad, for easier and quicker loading and unloading of troops.

VTOLS came and went for 24 hours, 4-6 arriving every 2 hours, dropping off men and supplies. After the end of the first day, the Marines, now totalling 600, formed ranks, and began their patrol and guard duties. The rover's created small Pillboxes, known as Bunkers, that could house up to four infantry, for guarding the main gate. They forces acquired 20 more tanks, bringing their total to 22, with 2 staying as guards. Missile turrets, used to defend against air, were also created, and scattered around the perimeter. Thier heads swivelled, and tracked any incoming attacks. More firebats also arrived, bringing their total to 200. A few spec-ops, known as Ghosts, also arrived, and soon dissappeared, footing their way toward frontline cities.

Guan Shao, standing in the command tent, talking with his generals, gave a decree for a small party to go and talk to the Green-sun representative. The first to volunteer was Pang Tong, a colonel with some expertise on negotiations. He brought 10 marines, as an honor guard, and went to the Green-Sun base.

He arrived at the gate, where he gave his information. He stood waiting for someone to answer him.

While I admire your willingness to defend your ideaology, I cannot allow you to attempt to stop the current surpression of this illegal revolution. Should you be so unwise as to attempt to assist the Communists in any way, be it financial or in material. You will find yourself at a State of War with the Religious Imperium.

Though should you be going to Willink to crush this Communist revolt, you will be recieved as allies. This is your call to make. I personally suggest you think long and hard if defending an outnumbered Communist revolution in a far off land is worth all the hassle of War.

"Yes i can Suzie, and thanks, we now take you to the scene were earlier today tanks rolled into surburban areas of the city. (A clip is shown of two T-80's rolling down a street while taking machine-gun fire) Heavy fighting has erupted in the epicenter of the city, were democratic forces are taking a last stand. ( Another clip rolls, showing troops running through rubble as shells land nearby) we will continue to cover this story, but we are losing a signal right now, some so-long for now."
