The Republic of Arabanistan is to undergo a process of building up it's military strength.

The Arabanistani People's Assembly is about to pass a resolution to increase military spending, but with that our nation is small and our budget limited.

Arabanistan asks all nations to offer us weapons to sell.

Our main needs are coastal defences, anti aircraft defences, APCs, attack helicopters, transports and logistics and border defences.

Arabanistan would also like to obtain weapons and supplies to give our military forces in a guerrilla type war as if we are ever attacked by a larger enemy, guerrilla warfare is the best thing we have against them as conventional warfare only favours who has the largest military force.

As part of our latest military upgrade and reorganization we at FASA would be willing to supply the republic of Arabistan with surplus Gan Ning Type I LRSSM Anti-Shipping missiles and launchers as we are currently upgrading to the Type II version. We would be willing to sell these at a price of 750,000 USD per missile and 1,600,000 USD per launcher. There is a total of 3,500 missiles and 80 launchers. (All launchers are landbased versions.)

The statistics of the Gan Ning Type I LRSSM are below.

Penetration: It has been calculated that it would take more than three feet of reinforced steel to stop the Gan Ning from pentrating the hull of a ship. This is only theoretical though.

Description:
The Gan Ning LRSSM is a hypervelocity missile that is designed to sink ships not destroy them. This is achieved by the missile accelrating to nine times the speed of sound. it then proceedes to the target and punches a hole just above the waterline and smashes it way to the other side of the ship where it detonates leaving an unrepairable hole below the waterline. The ship is still more or less intact it is just not floating anymore. The only drawback to the Gan Ning is that it cannot travel over any sizable land mass or its delicate guidance sytems are screwed up and anything could happen.

Gan Ning launcher:
There are two types of Gan Ning launcher the first is landbased and is a direct fire system where the missile is launched horizontally this is the
fastest way of launching but since the scramjets fire inside the tube the system must have high quality shock absorbers or a mis-launch will occur.
The second method is used onboard ships and is a vertical launch system this system does not need shockabsorbers as the missile is catpulted out of the tube and a secondary rocket guides it to level flight before the scramjet is fired the of course means the missile is about three meters longer due to the extra rocket and fuel.

Do you have anything more cheaper?

9 million USD in total for a missile is lot for my nation.

We want lots of cheap stuff rather than high grade weapons.

SAM-7 would be good as would RPG-7s and 16s.

The Gan Ning Type I LRSSM is the only Native Ato-Saran weapons system authorized for export.

OOC: dont know where the hell the extra zero came from, but price per missile is actually 750,000 USD ive fixed it now.
