In orbit over Hallad

The CSS Stonewall Jackson descended in rough spiral into the atmosphere of the planet, the streams of hot air speeding past the steel angular body. Possibly the ship was shaking. The highly advanced gravitics of the vessel prevented the crew or the passengers of the military cargo ship from actually feeling any major disruptions. In fact, the passengers were happily sipping on their tea as the captain of the ship brought a microphone to his mouth and announced:

Gentlemen, we are approaching New Erse, the new capital of Hallad

Nasih Zafar nodded as he looked at the new capital of his nation from above, the ground approaching slowly, but surely. He was found lightly injured in the ruins of a house in Southern Hallad by workers of the Haven Imperial Search and Rescue. After his wounds have been tended to, he has dedicated himself to the work of charity - helping his people. While Halladi have been refusing so far to enlist in the Grande Armee, many volunteered with the Imperial Charities - and together with them, many Muslims from Allanea and other areas in the Empire have come to the aid of Hallad.

New Erse, this is the Stonewall Jackson, requesting permission to land.

This is Halladi Aerospace Control, permission to land granted. Make you're way to the Hasan Muhammad Aerospace Facility, landing bay four.

A squadron of fighter planes, Su-36 Imperators, escorted the Stonewall Jackson to the landing facility, which was housing damaged Halladi space vessels. On landing bay four there were seven people waiting, four from the charities, three from the military. Around them men and women scrambled to bring supplies to other ships.

The HMS Prince Talleyrand, a large freighter similarly radioed the Halladi Aerospace Control for permission to land. It's cargo was 500,000 gallons of Fresh Water shipped from Greater Prussia Majour. There were also 1000 metric tonnes of several types of freeze dried food. When water was added it would create 5000 metric tonnes.

The most important cargo aboard, however, was Prince Frederic Pepin, the Imperial advisor to the Halladi Government.

Prince Pepin was to be ferried to the location of the Halldi government. His Principality in Russapovia was almost completely wiped off the map when it became a battleground between Royalist and Republican forces in the last Civil War. Through his efforts, he restored it to its original glory...and more...making it the greatest tourist destination in Greater Prussia. He was emminently qualified to assist the Halladi in their decisionmaking process. He brought with him several gifts to be presented to the members of the Government which were given by the Emperor.

The Prince Talleyrand was given permission to land and was then escorted to landing bay five at the Hasan Muhammad Aerospace Facility. One government official and a group of soliders hurried to meet their new guest.

In the Workers and Peasants Palace, the capital building of Hallad, Premier Muhammad awaited the Prussian advisor. If he had a choice he'd simple tell the Prussian to "fuck off," but he need to be a little more polite than that. Still, the idea of a Prussian advisor just didn't settle well. Alas, he waited, looked over some figures and signed some papers.

While the Emperor of Greater Prussia attempted to make peace with the Halladi overtly, quite a few Allaneans were seeking their private profit in the Worker’s republic. Among those people was, quite prominently, Kevin Nivensky, Chief Executive Officer of Allanean Arms, Inc. His goal was not to reconcile the Halladi - but he would give them jobs. He ordered that an automotive manufacturing plant would be set in Hallad, for the manufacture of 10,000 internal-combustion engine sports-utility vehicles a year. It was a small plant, but it would work.- and give work.

Even while the Imperial and Concordat reconstruction crews were still at work, the founding stones of the factory where laid in Hallad Haven. Allanea had no anti-discrimination law - so only Halladis were hired for construction, paid in solid Allanean gold.
