Jeffrey Doxion, president of JunoSprite, hearby invites all who wish to intend a glorious celebration. This celebration hearby marks nearly a year since Colchus troops first attacks, unprovoked, JunoSprite. Since then many buildings have been rebuilt, many troops retrained, and finally a countries hopes remade.
Jeffrey Doxion has found many things to do, rebuilding wise and others, he has helped find many orphans homes (their parents dying during/after the war). This has made his office a longer time, then usual, allowing him to help rebuild many of their citys since the war.
He was quoted saying, "Since that horrible time, we have built many many wonderful homes, but our job is not yet done. We must build our hopes and dreams back up, for they were never truely lost, and one day we will return to the wonderful country that we once were." Now that nearly a year has past, 211 days to be exact, since Colchus assumed power over JunoSprite, and Jeffrey Doxion set to freeing the nation from any hostile power.
They went through it, by peaceful means, gathering forces and weapons, and yes even food, from Colchus not once fighting since they were taking over (in fact not really fighting during the fight either), to be quite exact, Colchus eventually left JunoSprite alone (after taking quite a bit of resources from them), however there are still some Colchus citizens who have remained, unharmed, and even seem to be used/willing to live there now.
And now, being quite pleased with their progress, they are holding this celebration, celebrating both their freedom and indpendence. They are insisting on one rule, no weapons, of any type and/or design, are to be allowed (at all), and that people remember this is about peace.
Finally, they do have quite a bit of security personal, which will be guarding the place. Their military has been rebuilt, since the war, and they have even kept some of it secret for now.
The time and date is as followed:
<insert date/time (just begin RPing whenever you want to).>
And finally, the place will be the historical site of the original signing of The JunoSprite Code of Conduct, which has been fixed up since the war, and is now much more newer then before. The original room, of the signing, has been left as originally made (not counting a few fixed up floorboards), and is now good for viewing this historical landmark.

I will also be creating a website, for my nation, once I can. However, I make no promises on the time it will take, but it should be soon. Until then, feel free to ask any OOC questions, if you feel you need/want to know.

What isn't -
War, plain and simple, I will not be forced to asked into war. I have no need nor desire to RP it, sorry, but I really don't want to enter and war situations at this time. I hope you understand.
