Despite the fact that little support has been generated, the nation of N Y C moves to open the first meeting of the The Association for the Management of Displaced Persons (AMPD). Hopefully how we perform will encourage others to join. In the meantime, N Y C moves to begin planning for, if possible, the safe evacuation of communists in El Caudillo, despite the open barbarism the emperor has shown to them. Lord Finnicus Ovidius, Risban's ambassador to the AMPD, stroked his chin as he sat back in his seat, thinking. Upon the NYC ambassador's comment, Ovidius leaned forward.
"Whilst what El Caudillo's leader is doing is utterly absurd, what you suggest can be most expensive," said the Risbanian ambassador. "How many communists are we talking about here?"

He leaned back in his seat again. "Besides, while Emperor Scorpius may sympathize and wish to halt the genocide in El Caudillo, I can assure you that Chancellor Zorag will make sure that the Imperial Parliament prevents him from doing so," said the ambassador, sighing slightly. "Our Parliament is growing increasingly anti-communist."

The Socialist Front is in partial support of NYC, but that's as far as it goes. Green Sun is discussing a joint operation against drug smugglers there, so we can't afford to anger them.

Since the leader of El Caudillo has agreed, we wil accept as many refugees as is needed.

Yes the Family will take some Communists. We will provide them with protection from El Caudillo. Just load them up in some of our ships.
