Despite the fact that little support has been generated, the nation of N Y C moves to open the first meeting of the The Association for the Management of Displaced Persons (AMPD). Hopefully how we perform will encourage others to join. In the meantime, N Y C moves to begin planning for, if possible, the safe evacuation of communists in El Caudillo, despite the open barbarism the emperor has shown to them.
