Hello fellow nations!

Recently UberPenguinLand has drawn up plans for a re-useable Space Craft. Unfortunatly our main natural resources are wood and stone, neither of which are any good for getting into space. We have an over-abundance of these and would be willing to look for trade to get the materials needed for our Space Craft. These materials include Steel, heat-proof tiles, Liquid Nitrogen, and Foam Blocks, also fire-proof. Getting into space would do a great deal for UberPenguinLands Economy and Foreign Relations. And before you ask, we will NOT give you slaves. Anything else, maybe.

We recently made great strides in our own space program, and hope to continue to do so in the future. We would like to see other nations do the same, and so offer to help supply all of the materials you mentioned. We have only two questions: what quantities of them do you need, and what will you be offering as payment? We hope to hear an answer from you soon.

We need 1 ton of Steel, 20,000 1ftx1ft tiles, 3,000 gallons of Liquid Nitrogen, and 25,000 Sq ft. of Fire-proof foam. We have a large abundance of Diamonds, Ebony, and High-Quality Raw Glass to offer as payment. Also, an unmarked weapons ship crashed into our nation and we have salvaged 1,000 lbs of 9mm ammunition. We could also pay in cash.
