World Diplomatic Tour Announced

Outside the Central Government Minister of Protocol and Administration Dr Sarah Hours addresses the Rotovian and international Press.

"Given our recent civil war, the instability within the Eropid Region, the dimishment of Rotovia's stance as a peacemaker nation after the Essam incidentand many other factors the President has elected to visit the nations of the world to promote the administrations goals for the future.

The tour will begin in Hamptonshire and end in Macisikan in two months time. During that period Vice President Julia Aptiva will serve under the newly created title of Governor of Rotovia. Acting with the powers of the state, but without the authority of the President.

As we speak our Consulates across the globe are contacting heads of state to book meetings with their governments. Nations wishing to visited in the tour are advised to contact the Office of the President before the tour commences."

We look forward to receiving President Bacchus for yet another State Visit to the Grand Duchy. HSH The Prince Patrick, Lord Protector of Hamptonshire looks forward to meeting His Excellency and establishing personal links with the leader of Rotovia.

Standing infront of a dwarfing plane that would house him for the comming months, thousands gathered to wave the President off. The crowd proudly waved the blue and white flags as patriotic music blared from lourspeakers.

The sound was soon drowned out though, as the crowd irrupted intp applause with the President's motorcade rolling into veiw. Taking nearly twenty minutes for all twenty-five cars in the motorcade to stop, the media took to interveiwing the surrounding didginitaries.

When the Presiden'ts limosine door opened the long strains of the national anthem began to play. Pretorian Gaurdsmen lined the path towards the podium, in tradition uniform.

"Ladies and gentlemen... the President of the Constitutional Republic, Crown Prince of the Empire, His Eminency President Dionysus Bacchuss!"

"Citizens of Rotovia! Here me. We are a nation of freedom..."

Cheers sound from the crowd.

"...we are a nation of peace...."

Cheers.

"...we are a nation blessed with abundence...."

Cheers.

"...and we are a nation of greatness! This! This, I will take to the fartherest reaches of the globe. This banner of hope, of peace, of friendship, of humility and of might!"

Cheers.

"We shall be known as the greatest amoung equals and the truest of friends, to all the world. Sidja re voij Rotovia!"

"Sidja tri Impri! Sidji tri Impri! Sidji tri Impri!"

With the crowd chanting the worlds "long live our (noble) leader" the President hands the Sceptre of State to Vice President Aptiva and enters the plane.
