If anyone would like to exchange embassies and be added to my charter of allies, I would be glad to open my borders to your consulates! All you have to do is post your entire country's name on this forum thread (to keep it alive, only) and then send me (The Nomadic Peoples of Franco-Philia) a telegram and I will ad you to my charter of allies and dispatch an ambassador....can't wait to grow in international fraternity...

Oh and for future reference to those who want to exchange embassies and become allies, please do it through telegrams because I have to keep running back and forth to the forums lol. But so that the thread dosen't fall away just leave a small message in the thread to keep it near the top...I am really into allies and enhancing the world through kinship of nations.
