Declaration of Ruling of Kevistis
The people of NS I bring you news. After an 37 year war that raged even while Palixia was a member of the Soviet Union. The Allied States of Palixia has finally won Kevistis under these terms.
Part I-Kevistis is a Distubuted Territory of Palixia for 50 years then becomes a state and then in 100 years becomes independent but still under Palixian Navy occupation.
Part II-Kevistis must have its goverment but must have a flag of Palixia in its own flag, it ,use all national icons (anthem, motto etc...) and must have it's own economy but has the same currency as Palixia.
Part IV-Also the capital city of Kevistis must be the administaration area of the Homestar Runner Hosting the Homestarmy and the UN Delgate area.
