OOC: This RP is about me reestablishing my old cities on earth... number 1 of 18 in fact, 2 have already been destroyed in other RPs, but there will be other RPs for the others.
This is open to anyone, future tech, Modern Tech... whatever. And it can be anything from a hostile RP, to a peaceful rediscovery RP. Either way, 'stuff' can be gained. Either technology, or land... hostiges, anything in reality...

Commander Vinyaya sat in contemplation, looking over a sketch her great, great grandfather had made, it was the sketch of New Haven, the last city built in 2043 by the Siesatians trying to stay on earth. They too, were eventually forced to evacuate, and the sketch showed the ferocity with which they were attacked.

She had been put in charge of this mission, barely a decade out of the academy, she was one of the new age commanders of the Siesatian Marine forces, not having any actual combat experience didn't help her standing in the eyes of many of the more experienced Officers.
Her mission, she remembered, was not going to be fun, in any sence. Her job was to reestablish the city of New Haven on earth. The Territory appropriations committee had spent many long years planning this, and she would not sqrew it up.
"Commander, we are approaching the city." The pilot of the craft told her. Said craft was a Commando shuttle, reconfigured to hold power generators. There were four others, each holding different devices, from anti aircraft railguns, to rations, to computers. Over 400 Marines, and 150 engineers and scientists had been assigned to this venture. More than plenty to hold a subterrainian city that only origionally held 1500 people.
The city loomed into view, the snow blocked out much of the aboveground structures... who knew what they were to find, as the ship began landing procedures... she wondered if Earth nations would soon come, either to help, or to hinder... It was planned to be a diplomatic and trade centre, and some announcements had already been made to the intergalactic community. For better or worse, some though.
