Hey guys, I was wondering for those who are interested, if we could do a criminal rpg. It would be simple we would make up a name for the City, each player can get an equal sized territory, and then there could be wars, alliances, and anything else. You could be a street gang, a mafian type thing, or a cartel. It would be up to you completely. Well, I took the liberty of making a small "plot," so we could have some sort of Organization. I could also create an offsite forum, this way it could be easier to organize? Comments and questions are welcomed!

In Charity City, a crime war is brewing. The Street gangs are rebelling against their criminal syndicate masters, and against each other. The shaky truce that once existed has broken, and an all out street war had begun. Now gangs rise and fall, and at the end only one will stand above the rest, as the owner of Charity City. Ladies and Gentlemen... Welcome to Charity City.


The Cops and FBI
There will be one person who plays the FBI and the Cops, he must be a respected roleplayer, and have excellent skills. He will become a forum administrator, once I get forums up and they will rp obvioulsy the FBI and the Cops. They can perform Stings, arrests, and other operations. There job is to eliminate the gangs.

The top Syndicates
There are three top Syndicates, they are the Admin team of the future board. They to me have the best rping record, and are well manered and paitent. They will have slightly more power in the rpg then anyone else. They control the city, and the only way to become one is to beat one. They should be respected or hell will break loose.


Gang Members
Now we can't all go along saying how we have a thousand gang members can we? No, that is why each player will start out with 50 members. There will be individual member increase throughout the game. The more active, the more members.

Requirements to be a member: The members of this shadow organization range from lethal international assasins to corporate CEOs and prominent bankers. All hold one thing in common: a desire for more. To those fortunate enough to be counted among the ranks of the organization, wealth and power are but a finger's reach away.

Small Description of your Gang: Syndicate Seven is an organization created by the powerful, those who control the economies and the global cashflow. The organization operates under their Golden Rule, that being 'He that has the gold makes the rules.' Welath, influence at high and low levels, and strategic assasination are the tools used to maintain power. The Syndicate often hires street gangsters and thugs as mercenaries to take care of more down to Earth business in the seedier neighborhoods.

At the top of this shadow organization is a group known as 'The Dozen,' a faceless board of directors that controls Syndicate Seven activities nationwide. It is rumored that there is one man higher than this council, a man going by the name Mr. Black, but this has never been confirmed.

High level members bear a number 7 tattooed somewhere on their bodies.

Requirements: none other than prospective members have to live in the neighborhood, or pass a certain test
Uniform: none, except that once someone officially joins the Strollers, they are awarded one of their trademark handguns/knife depending on age, respect, or how well they did on the "test"

When fighting the Strollers usually find any cover nearby then overwhelm with shots from their custom-made handguns, which they train most extensively with, most Strollers are adept at least with the knives they carry as well

The Strollers work on protecting their turf, making money, training new members, and making life hard for a certain crime group

The hood rats is more of an allaince of smaller gangs who soon noticed it was better working together then fighting each other and letting the bigger gangs walk all over them.
When in fights mainly use melee weapons (sticks, pipes, knifes, fists etc) rarely use guns but are quite good at drive by shootings.

Requirements to join: Must be Irish and have at least a $50,000 dollar per year income

Criminal Activities: Murder, bank robberies, money laundering, kidnapping, extortion, gun-running, hunting deer out of season.

Background:
In 1984, a disgruntled Irish dockworker decided he'd had quite enough of his life as an unskilled laborer. He longed for the high life of champagne, expensive women, fast cars, and big houses. Having no means to raise his social status, he decided to enter a life of crime in order to achieve his goals. Adopting the name Knuckles O'Callahan, he intimidated his fellow dockworkers into becoming a part of his gang. After a series of high-profile robberies, pulled off as only Irishmen could, they amassed the funds to buy real estate in the business section. O'Callahan turned on his former friends and had them dumped into Charity City Harbor wearing concrete hats. He recruited a small group of up and coming businessmen who had always dreamed of corporate domination, and with their ill-gotten gains the men bought a brewery outside of the city. Eight years later, O'Callahan was killed by his more cunning successor Micheal O'Malley, who has retained leadership of the gang to this day.

OOC: this has got to start up again..... My and three tofour others are the only ones playing out of 21 people even the admin. so we need new players. and if this is ever going to work we need to have players willing to stick to it.
