A Summit Between Diplomatic and Trade Representatives of the Grand Communist State of Ratheia and the Grand Imperium of Risban
Risbanian Diplomats in Attendance...
1. Alexander Perkins- Imperial High Minister of Foreign Affairs
2. Lucius Thrantir- Imperial High Minister of Trade
3. Duke Magnus Scorpius- Minister of Business; Cousin to the Emperor.
Ratheia and Risban are meeting to swap embassies, sign a non-agression pact, and perhaps make several trade agreements.
Due to a current problem (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=401432) in the Risban Empire, several delegates who would normally attend such meetings cannot be present.
