The Cottish emperor listened to the news broadcast, and quickly saw the possibilities. The Ticonderoga class cruisers would be ideal to guard the pacific islands. He immediately issued a telegram to the Roman dictator.

Dear sir,
It has come to my understanding that you are about to decommission quite a few old cruisers. Cotland has a few colony islands a long way from home, and need to protect them. Therefor, I wish to buy your 10 Ticonderoga class cruisers. We are willing to pay 15 million for each of the vessels.

You present to me a very good reason. You will have to wait until the KN Fleet is Decomed. Its is a very important event and must be carried on. You will get the Ships iin 2 years after the Decom. So it is ready to be shipped. THe original purpose was to put all the ships as flooting museums.

"Today, my sailors is our decom of our first fleet. Our fleet has served for 40 years, the men before you live and took care of it like their own child. This fleet served to free us from the Etrusans and the served in many wars but with heavy damages. If you look inside you may see no marks of aging, but our leader wants to put this fleet our for money reasons and for a better fleet. So today we say goodbye to our beloved fleet."

"Thank you Admiral. My people, you may miss this fleet alot for it's gret history but your taxes are funding on ships that have to many sailors but the new Roman fleets will uppen the strenght and honor of this great country. I had alot of thinking to do, since the old fleet is retiring. I have giving a fleet to be named the New Vice-President Kombayn Nikoladze Fleet after my friend and the old fleet. Our goal is to put the old fleet as a flooting museum, but Coltland has deciced to buy 10 of our Ticonderoga Crusiers, but the others will remain. Thank you."
