OOC: Alright. This is going to be the unveiling of a new nuclear ballistic missile. It is invite/ask only and all secret IC. If you come here, then you must agree that you will not attack me or cause harm to my nation directly or indirectly because of having nuclear/ER missiles. The reason you cannot, is because it is to be considered that you coming here, supports nuclear armament. And it also states that none of this information maybe used ICly except by me, and those I give permission to. The following is a list of those already invited:

The room was filled with long tables covered in ornate decorations and food. Beverages were being handed out and drank. At the front of the room was the Czar, Czarina--in her arms, the Czarevicg--and the Czar's closest advisors: The Directors--head of the directorates. The head officials were all sitting at a single table. (OOC: The first invited people sit here aswell) They were all here for the same reason: To see the Кулак Царя (Czar's Fist) nuclear ballistic missile.
Der Vaterland had a long history of nuclear armemnt. During the Marxist era, they had nearly cause a nuclear holocaust, but after Fascists took control, their use of nuclear armaments and diminished greatly, but not the construction of said missiles.
Abruptly, the Czar stood. He raised his glass, tapping it gently with a soon,"Now the time has come. You are about to see what you are all waiting for." a large screen began to be lowered behind the fast front table. A projecter in the back of the large room started to flick on and a white light alligned with the screen. The lights dimmed, and film began to run on the screen telling the information:

Variation A: Nuclear Fusion
Fusion bombs are based on nuclear fusion where light nuclei such as hydrogen and helium combine together into heavier elements and release large amounts of energy. Weapons which have a fusion stage are also referred to as hydrogen bombs or H-bombs because their fusion fuel is often a form of hydrogen, or thermonuclear weapons because fusion reactions require extremely high temperatures for a chain reaction to occur. Generally speaking, hydrogen bombs work by having a "primary" device (a fission bomb) detonate and begin the fusion reactions in the "secondary" device (fusion fuel). A virtually limitless number of large "secondaries" can be chained together (each fusion reaction beginning the next) in this fashion, creating weapons with far larger yields than could be achieved with simple fission alone.
VA (Variation A) is intended to be used to not only kill off the enemy, but also morally degrade them by having more structural damage to the surrounding areas. It is the standard version for all of The Confederate Nuclear Arsenal.

Variation B: Neutron Fusion/Enhanced Radiation
A final variant of the thermonuclear weapons is the Кулак Царя which is a thermonuclear weapon in which the burst of neutrons generated by the fusion reaction is intentionally not absorbed inside the weapon, but allowed to escape. The X-ray mirrors and shell of the weapon are made of chromium or nickel so that the neutrons are permitted to escape. This intense burst of high-energy neutrons is a highly destructive mechanism, although the bomb will still produce damaging thermal and shock effects, only with a lower magnitude than a standard thermonuclear weapon. Neutrons are more penetrating than other types of radiation so many shielding materials that work well against gamma rays are less effective against neutrons. They are also more biologically harmful than gamma rays, and this knowledge led some to envision a weapon that would do little physical damage while killing all the people in a certain area. This appears to be somewhat of an exaggeration, as the bomb would still create at least some significant blast and fire damage. The term "enhanced radiation" refers only to the burst of ionizing radiation released at the moment of detonation, not to any enhancement of residual radiation in fallout (as in the salted bombs discussed above).

Variation C: Cobalt Fusion/Enhanced Fallout:
The cobalt bomb uses cobalt in the shell, and the fusion neutrons convert the cobalt into cobalt-60, a powerful long-term (5 years) emitter of gamma rays. In general this type of weapon is referred to as a salted bomb and variable fallout effects can be obtained by using different salting isotopes. Gold has been proposed for short-term fallout (days), tantalum and zinc for fallout of intermediate duration (months), and cobalt for long term contamination (years). The primary purpose of this weapon is to create excess radioactive fallout making a large region uninhabitable.
The reason for the excess, is the fact that some of the Кулак Царя's are going to be placed into the Fractional Orbital Bombardment system. Thus, allowing The Confederacy to have first strike capabilities on any nation known to exist in the world. It allows The Confederacy and its allies nuclear superiority in all senses. Thus, through the use of the Кулак Царя, we can actively target the national enemies of the state, at any time.
