The communique came right from the top. The Messenger knew this, and had broke the speed limit several times to get through to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in time for the afternoon message broadcasts. He wasn't pulled over once (thankfully, the Party sticker on the front of his motorbike was clear to the police cruisers) and the man arrived in good time before the MoFA began transmitting.

The message went from hand to hand like a grenade with the pin out. Within an hour of it's delivery, the Minister had stamped it "Most Important" and the message was emailed to the Diplomatic Office. It was the first message out that afternoon.

FOR RELEASE WITHOUT DELAY TO THE WORLD DIPLOMATIC CHANNELS

To: The world nations
From: The Office of the Chancellor, Supreme State-Great Britain

Leaders of the world, we greet you with an offer.

For many years, there has been widespread exiling of citizens from states across the world, the purpose of which was to expell certain ethnic groups in a bid to create a pure state according to National Socialist racial politics.

As a Fascist nation rather than Nazi, we do not see this as a desireable political aim. The citizens of our nation, regardless of racial or religious backgrounds, are treated with equality as citizens of the State, providing they are prepared to take the pledge of loyalty to the country and the government. We also see this expelling of groups as an economic waste of labour resources, which should not be a government's actions.

However, we do not send this to dispute another nation's politics. We send this to make an announcement regarding Asylum to said expelled peoples. Such groups would be welcome in SS-GB, providing they took and obeyed the Pledge of Loyalty, as an addition to both the employable labour of this country and as positive contributers to the continuance of the State.

Nations are warned to take note that we are not offering a dumping ground for displaced political activists; such people would be seen as harmful to the Party and society. This is our only condition, and this is why those taken must take the Pledge.

Nations interested in this transfer and requested to contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
