I shall design a tower, a mile high, that's thick enough around to support the weight. It will have a giant laser on top to fry people with. Also it's easy to escape from, due to a large number of stairs leading around the outside.
Hiroshiko

The nation of Hiroshiko wishes to purchase a portion of land in order to construct a tower for the republic of Xiang Gang.

Hiroshikan engineers will construct a 60 story building with four long, external segments on the sides. It will be attached to the building to provide stability and reinforcement. The building will be comprised of 45% concrete and the rest glass and reflective material. The tip of the building will have an observatory deck that revolves to give a panorama view of the city. The spire will host various weather and communications instruments. There will be 4 underground levels of parking and space for underground mass transit. Also, the building will be divided into sects. The first 30 stories will be dedicated to commerical ventures while the next 30 stories will be dedicated to administrative offices.

The building, including the spire, will be about 785 ft in height.

In regards,
Ryusen Takugawa, Supreme Chancellor of Hiroshiko
