For over fifty years Celack has had nuclear weapons. However all of these were purchased from other countries, or libertaed from CapAp. Weheld onto these as a deterent. However teh bombs were have are obsolete and have been dismantle. We still need the nuclear weapons as a deterent. It would be too costly to buy more. Therefore we have decided to employ the top scientists in Celack, and from friendly countires, to help design and build Nuclear weapons for Celack.

The nation of the SovietRepublicofRussia would like to offer a joint project in developing the nuclear weapons and we also have vast amounts of Weapons grade uranium and plutonium.And within ten days will be recieving a new guidence system.
