With the rebelion quelled and their army finaly developed, Blacktower has begun construction on SpecTech, which will become the nations leading Special Technology (SpecTech) arms manufacturer. This facility will eventually branch out into SpecTech Air, Ground, and Sea, designing custom weaponsfor their nation, and anyone who is willing to pay. Construction is estimated to be completed by next year.

In order to get a headstart on technological research, Blacktower has alotted a 1,000,000,000 base fund to SpecTech, with the promise of 10x's that for reasearch and construction when the facility is built. Any Donations from outside sources would be greatly apretiated.

When built SpecTech will be able to acomidate custom weapons orders from any company with the buget big enough. Just name your desired aspects and SpechTech will quote you a price and estimated completion time. Also include how many you wish to purchase.

After some thought, the Minister of Commerce has opted to donate $150,000,000 to the opening of this.

Graciously accepted. and as a member of the New Commonwealth a percentage of all profits made by SpecTech shall go to support the region.
SpecTech officials have opened the doors to customers, as they now have sufficient funds to begin development on prototype plans. Actual production shall not take place until the construction has been completed.


Orders will be taken as of now. SpecTech is capable of designing Air, Sea, and Ground technology. If there is a specific piece of technology you wish us to incorperate, please send its plans along with your design requirement so that we may include it. (ie: certain plane engines, etc)

I would be willing to donate to this cause, but i have a few questions. What is your population? What kind of government do you have? What does your economy look like? I just don't want to lose my investments because of no information.

SpecTech officials are pleased to inform the nations of the world that as a demonstration, they will be reveiling their First prototype weapon at the Facilities Grand Opening. Officials have yet to reveal any details about the weapons design, but they assure that it will be spectacular, a "Weapon beyond all expectations" said SpecTech CEO Gregory Paynes.

The reason i ask is....you have a population of 7 million and a tax rate of 11 percent. You are promising 1 billion to the construction and 10 billion as an annual budget. For such a small nation that is an awful big budget. I mean you must have a very small defense, education, and healthcare budget. I understand that research into weapons is good for your economy and you nation but i feel like you might be pushing you budget to the edge. I would suggest downsizing this operation alittle bit then and then letting it grow as you grow. I will however provide 100 million dollars to the contruction of the facility.

I hereby donate 1 billion dollars to this project.

The Dominion of Godular will donate $2 billion towards this effort.

firstly, the ten billion is not an annual budget, it is an opening budget. An anual fund has not yet been alloted, as most of the money spent running SpecTech will come from its customers. the 10 billion is a one time start off fund that My government has promised by opening.
