The Arab Socialist Republic of Al Anbar, following policy directives from His Excellency, is now offering approximately twenty million Dinars (about $25 million US) to five nations that have an economy of imploded status as classified by the United Nations. These credits can be used by the government that they are given to to purchase up to twenty million Dinars worth of medical equipment and supplies, educational materials, food, and other humanitarian necessaries from Al Anbar.
