(this is my first step into NS roleplay, so please forgive me if I make any mistakes, thank you. Any comments are greatly appreciated.)
*The view screen flickers to life. In the center is a jet black podium, a image of a mythical dragon carved in green on the front. Flanking the podium are two flages, one with the same dragon image, the other black. A plump, brown-haired, elderly man wearing a black suit and tie, walks into view from the left, stoping at the podium, and speaks into the micro-phone*
"Ladies and gentlemen, the High-Councilman Justic,"
*clapping insues as a man steps in from the left. He is short, and gaunt, his face wrinkled with age. His hair is short, with much missing from his left and right temple. He wears small framed glasses, set so far on his nose that they seem they could fall off at any second. His suit is grey, and he wears a green tie.*
"My fellow countrymen and women, I once again am honoured to step before you as High-councilman. I come before you, with a matter of high importance. This nation was founded on the belief of peace, and true capitalism, and thus it will remain. Under no cercumstance will we repeat the terrible atrocities that were done unto us during our glorious revelution. However, any act of military invasion, or terrorism, will be responded to. Our nation is weak, but we as a people are strong, and we will respond to any action agasint us with a million arms. Our enemies may be more advanced and better trained, but our inner strength will allow us to continue. However...we will not intervene in others conflicts. We will reamain neutral, and act as a shining symbol of peace and democracy. Do not question your freedom, but live it fully. May God Bless Frodran."
*applause roars as the councilman exits to the left, and the feed goes dead*
