Czar Fabus had gathered his entire cabinet around, he was in a fit of rage, well an oddly laid back rage... He was angry, but he kept it concealed behind the facade of humor...
He sat down in the chair at the head of the conference table. The cabinet members and top party members took their seats...
Fabus cracked his knuckles, the annoying sound echoed throughout the silent room. One of them cleared his throat, all eyes immediately went to him. Suddenly Fabus broke the silence, "You have all been called here tonight for a reason... I will now tell you why..."
Everybody was giving him over 100% of their attention, hanging on every word, waiting to hear it.
"Far too many of you are single, and many more of you that are married have too few children... I am giving you all two years to get married, that is those of you who are not married... After you get married, you have five years to produce at least three children... Your genes are far superior to most of the world, and we need to see that the status quo ruling class is maintained... You may all go now, get to work." He waved his hand at them in a dismissive manner before he turned around and in several massive steps had flown from the room, his cloak flapping behind him from the rapid motion.
Ooc: Implications, lots of CM high officials are now looking to get married... They'd previously devoted all their energies to work and simply never had the time to go courting women.
