We've never had any exchanges of diplomacy or conflict. Therefore I, the Secretary of State of the United States of Canada declares we do not have a grudge against your government, country or people.

On behalf of the people of The Greater East Asian Republic, Chancellor Keiji wishes to announce that -Noir- (obviously) has no intention to hold a grudge on the TBD.
