A large man with a rough kind of beauty sets into the camera view. "People do not be afraid, we are the Underground and we have finally ended the thousand year reign of oppression. You don't have to support us, but be advised not to oppose us. We can be as cruel as we have to be."

The Revolutionary War Zone of Daishon cracks apart at the seams.
"Hello, I'm your reporter Helion Grevate of Kelton. Today we have recieved even more disturbing news from within Daishon. Sources tell us that public executions are taking place outside of the Court House. People familiar with Daishon will recongize the Court as the scene of many such incidents under the olde Regime. However these actions are being preformed by the Traditionalists, a group composed of those who still follow the old ways. Their victims seem to be mostly those from the two most recent regimes. We have live footage, but due to current standards we cannot show any of it. However if you wish to view it's at our website. Now we'll be going to our agent in the field. Devon?"
Outside a smothering building a young woman of asian descent is crouching concealing her earpiece. She she seems very nervous,even fearful.
"Yes Helion I'm here, but I don't think I'll be able to talk long. It's very dangerous right now, even with the barcode readers down. As you can see there has been much in fighting including riots and raids. Neither of the dominate groups seems to have any kind of morals. There is very little food present and water lines are down. Hospitials have been over runned, but they're the only places deemed safe. Currently no groups has attacked them. The Army is in tatters apparently most soldiers have abdicated to return home and protect their own families. I have heard that-" Two men with guns have grabbed our reporter and they are dragging her off screaming.
The scene is switched back to the studio which has gone silent. Helion is visibitly unsettled. "Um..I'm sorry, but we have to go to commericals right now. We'll get back to you when we have more information." The channel goes to commericals.

*Three weeks later*
The situation has not change much the country has become a series of enemy camps. These are divided among three sects: the Green-Traditionalist; the Red- Underground/Radicals; and the Blue- Nonconformist Centralist. The people are being terrorized by biker gangs. The children are hidden least they be snatched away to increase the growth of these groups.
The barcode towers are still down and many are being broken apart to make shanties and other needed objects. Water has been restored in most areas by the people within those zones. Power is only available in the three largest providences. All the others are functioning as best they can. Medicine is totally unavailable to the people except by the most shady means. People are dying in throves for lack of health care.
People seeking to enter these territories are shot on sight whether they're friendly or not. People are running to the borders from all over the place. They are heading into Niobi and surrounding Regions. Several nations have refused them causing them to die of exposure. The countries still taking them are being to set limitations on the number allowed.
There is no government it has been systematicially destoryed and no one group has yet achieved complete control. It is hoped that help will eventually make it's self known, but so far none has exihibited it's self.
The United Socialist States of Temme would like to invite Daishon refugees to come live here.
