As it is well known, the Protectorate of Atsuma has no laws regarding drugs. We feel that the use of drugs is determined by the individual and is a matter of personal freedom. Companies, as freedom of business, are able to enact their own policies on the use of drugs without infringing on civil rights. In Atsuma, the sale of narcotics is regulated by the state, lowering the amount of business done by criminal syndicates. As drugs are readily available it makes acquiring them easy, many groups attempt to transport them across the border into other countries that may not have the same drug policies as our nation. To help end this we are attempting to open a white market, inter-governmental drug trade. We will only sell our product to nations that have a similar drug laws, have the resources to help prevent the spread of drugs to more drug strict nations, or are attempted to stem illegal smuggling by the same methods employed by our nation.
Let it be known: In -NO WAY- does the government or people of Atsuma promote the use of substances that are illegal in other nations. We only wish to open legitimate avenues of trade based on our own national beliefs with other nations that share them. As the name implies, monks of the particular convent believes that the spirit of Saint Amand, a patron saint of brewers, embodies this fine liquor.
