We interrupt this program to bring urgent news from the Official estate of the Emperor. He is just about to start, there he is and he’s walking up to the podium now.
“My dear fellow citizens I come to you today with the most regretful news. As I am sure most of you are aware there has been a recent discovery of a large uranium plate under the forest of Kloac. The government immediately seized the opportunity and began to excavate the uranium. We also built a special facility to enrich this substance. Only recently have we signed a contract with the Free Land of My Leggs for the export of our Uranium.
A few hours ago, as our specialists prepared the substance for transport there was a critical mistake in the procedure and a reasonably large quantity of uranium leaked from the container. Over 300 people, from the surrounding area of Smilivoje, were immediately put into hospital of which all of them were diagnosed as radioactively contaminated.
The Department for Public Safety advises that all PEOPLE in the areas of: Kolac, Petrigrad, Darovica and Mosijevac immediately begin full evacuation. Do not panic, I repeat do not panic. The local police of the above mentioned areas will provide evacuation plans.
To the remaining residents stay in your houses at all times. Keep all windows, doors, vents and any other way of air to get into your home closed. The army will provide transportation for the citizens of the townships and cities near and around Kolac and Petrigrad.
This is a time of great need for our country. Our resources to counter this unfortunate and unexpected crisis are limited therefore any help from other nations or countries will be much appreciated.
The Radioactive cloud could reach the border of My Leggs in one hour or more depending on weather conditions, so I advise the evacuation of the border cities and other near border locations.
I cannot stress this enough, but we must not panic.
