Perfect Child Inc. was founded by the Miller Family who had the unfortune that all sons they had died in infanacy while they remained unable to produce girls. To get around this problem and begin building a family they started a foundation devoted to coordinating the genes of unborn children and very young children inorder to save them from the traps of their D.N.A. It worked wonderfully and the Miller had a large family of ten including both daughters and sons. However since that time the foundation has evolved so that not only the unfortunate, but any parent might change their children for the better. However we have a strict rule that only unborn children and those between the ages of 1 though 10 can be worked on. After that it is too dangerous and often results in death. A few of the success cases.

A former customer lets call her Racheal had the problem she could neither be impregnated nor carry any of her children. That would not have been a problem normally, however her offspring could not be carried by a surrogate mother or grown in a tank. So you see we can do miraclious things although there will be side effects. Most of the time these side effects are benefitial or at least harmless. Other times however they can be quite disturbing. Hopefully you the customer can see that the good outweighs the bad.

That child Dorien Fay what was his original name as a female? Some years ago a certain member of our government tallied with a lower class female. She beget upon him a child, but upon recieving threats from one jealous of her fortune she disappeared. This Dorien seems like it could be the child this government member has been searching for all these years.

This will lead to nothing but more social divides in our society. Instead of having only the color of skin, personality, intelligence levels, physical abilities and attributes, and mental capacities blocking our inability to be at peace, now you are unleashing upon the world an even greater evil. A world in which people will be judged upon human vs. superhuman. Nothing can ever be perfect, you must understand that. Forcing a level of supposed "perfection" upon the world is not right. It would be one think to keep a child alive, but it is totally different to completely change the child. Parents and companies have no right to mutate a child to their liking, or making a child who was suppose to be unique fit the "normal" thing.

Do you know the most brilliant people are often mentally disabled? (btw, that is true in RL) The most unique, the most kind people are often disabled in different ways.

We have no qualms with you and your business. However in a purely hypothetical situation how long would it take for a nation to end if all persons were serilized?

Our nation's government is strange in that we have a president who is elected. His term is one of six years after which he may be removed from office. However if he has his first child in office and that child is a son then that president cannot be removed form office. He will remain in office until the child is fifteen and capable of running for office. That said our president has a first-born daughter not a first-born son. Could you change this girl into a male? First let it be said that changing children does not make them into Hitlers. And Perfect Child is merely a name not a standard. The work is done not to make them all the same, but to make them more unique. Besides is it any better to create a person purely for a single task. On a different note OS do you mean to ask if a nation could be ended though the sterilization of all it's people? Sorry we can't say as we do not know how such information will be put to use.

We can discuss the cost at a later date. The child can have her sex changed to that of a male however it would have been better if she were still in the womb. As she is already born there are pyschological factors to take into account. Still it can be done though there will be issues to deal with afterwards. You might also want to take a look at the case of Dorian Fey.

Recent innovations have made it possible to completely change the species of a child as well as everything else. This technology has yet to be perfected, but it can be fixed should anything go wrong. This service is not yet available to all persons at this time.
