Greetings. I am an Envoy of the Confederacy of Generican States, and I would like to formerly invite people to the Priapian System which is located a 100 light years outside of the Sol System.
The Priapian system has three Earth-like planets, tentatively named Priapis Major, New Gea and Dagonia. These planets are warm, temperate and ready to be settled by hard working, enterprising pioneers looking for a new life and to form a new culture.
Our people left the Sol System for the benefit of laying a foundation of morality, capitalism and community. We seek other nations and peoples to settle the three planets, and to join the Free Star Commonwealth.
The Free Star Commonwealth is a parlimentary system of government, for mutual cooperation among nations as equals. All Nations are free and independent, and will not be coerced not cajoled to obey the Generican States dictates.
The Government, under the Free Star Commonwealth Charter stipulates the formation of the Free Star Commonwealth Parliment, much like the U.N, for debate and diplomatic bargaining among the member states of the Free Star Commonwealth. The Free Star Commonwealth Parliment will be a forum for neighbor nations to work for collective security , to deal with threats to member nations and to coordinate efforts to make the Free Star Commonwealth prosperous and free.
Space vessels with space folding technology will be used to transport pioneers to the Priapian System free of charge. We only ask that you come willing to work and to develop the three worlds of Priapis Major, New Gea and Dagonia.
