Laser Cannon to be tested on Daylam Citizens

The Ion Cannon space based weapon system has been finished. The first test will be in a few minutes after the beam has reached the Sat. The target will be the AZ border where Daylam Citizens are crossing over. Any person in that area will be nothing but ash after the beam has been fired.

Crimmond scientists have to ask... What in hell kind of Ion Cannon do you have? Every other kind seems to work on electronics only.
The charged Ions bombard an electrecal device and overload it or trick the AI of a ship into think it is overloaded. Over time the Ions dissipate or can be removed by using de-ionization devices. They can be used on biological material, but just send the affected area into mild shock, meaning really tingly.
In a DIPC(Destructive Ion Pulse Cannon) style weapon, the Ion pules is emmited along with a burst of 'ball-lightning', causing a human to go into spasms. In cases of heart problems, people have died.
There is no evidence that a short range weapon like an Ion Cannon in orbit could vaporize ANYTHING on the surface of the planet. Perhaps you mistook this technology with a large, long range, high powered laser?

There is such a thing as an Ion Teather...oh god, i cant explain it, but it does something by using Ionzied gasses in the atmosphere to shot a beam...aghh i cant explain it good enough

Confusing. If it's a laser, call it a laser. Don't make the world think you just managed to make an Ion Cannon capable of Ortillery strikes...
