Due to the recent military action involving Sonic Hero Land, Dontgonearthere wishes to make a pact with Glatannia.
You will become a protectorate of the Dontgonearthere Empire, not a member state, but a sort of ally.
Basicaly, you allow us to build a military base in your nation, sell us say, ten square miles of land, for which we will pay a generous annual sum, and we dont let anybody attack you. And if they DO attack you, we smash them into tiny tiny pieces.
Further terms are open for discussion, of course. They may include technological/military deals, such as advanced weapons, better sensor equipment and various...other weapons.
