This is my suggestion for a new methid of Forum wrs.
I personaly do not have the time (or imagination) to pull this off, but others may.
Two regions created specificly for the war.
Region A and Region B (for example)
Both regions partisipate in the war, the UN Delegate and/or Region Founder co-ordinates it.
It would make keeping track of the efforts much easier.
Mabye someone out there may want to give it a try
