“Fellow Cicerans, today we mourn the deaths of our fellow brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, mothers and fathers, as one week ago, our nation was rattled by random acts of terror, carried out by the people of Destoroyah. To pay homage to the 1,962 people lost when Destoroyah sunk the RMS Hispanica, we have declared war on them. "This is Jen Stewart reporting on the currnent situation. The CKZ is about to get involved in a conflict that started with the sinking of Ciceran ship the RMS Hispanica. There was 3 CKZ citizens aboard the ship, one is dead, one is in critical condition, and one is fine. Here is King Zar's speech:

Four men stand on a platform in front of a large crowd, there is S.W.A.T teams surrounding the perimiter. They are: General Baleecik: head of Defense, General Tulica: Head of Attack, General Duraneg: Head of Army, and King Zar: King of the Christian Kingdom of Zarathoft

"Citizens of Zarathoft! I bring forth an annoucement, we will join Cicera in their fight against Destoroyah. Our people were killed and injured in this attack. The CKZ will make sure that their deaths will not go unpunished. Let our soldiers show the might of Zarathoft!"

The Grand Duchy of New Vladivostok hereby declares war on Destorayah, and has declared a maritime exclusion zone around the coastline of said nation. 4 diesel attack submarines have been sent to enforce the exclusion zone. Any non-allied vessel attempting to enter will be SUNK without warning. You have been warned.

Meanwhile, New Vladivostok hackers begin to chip away at the myriad firewalls guarding Destorayah's networks. They break through tbe firewalls, and plant several viruses designed to variously take over or fry a system, which immediately begin self replicating...

Is there an apparent reason why Destroyha sank your cruise ship?

Uh, Destroyha hasn't RPed his Frigate being there, he might not even have Frigates, you can't attack until...HEY WHERE IS HE?!?!?!?!?!

Googlewoop is right New Valadivostok, Destoroyah hasn't replied yet or said that his frigate was there. We have to wait until he has replied before we can begin invasion.

Yeah, for now, all military should be at or near borders, they need to respond before we can invade, to be fair. No, apparently Destoroyah destroyed the ship as an act of random terror.

Fellow nation of Cicera, I, as President and Military Leader of The United Socialist States of European Union Spain inform you that my Parliament votes in favor of giving your generals the following resourses for you to dispose in this conflict:
