Because of Freedom of Speech laws being so open in Dr_Twist the State of Albania which is a part of the Bulgarian Empire which is a Colony of Dr_Twist has been airing TV AD's on TV trying to get the Population of Albania to start a revolution within the State to get its Independence from Dr_Twist and the Bulgarian Empire there was been massive Protests in the Capital Tirana Requesting for its Independence.

I have had my share of Terrorists and they way they work is unfair you were given a NATION not an Organization without boarders and that’s how i work now because i am sick of terrorists and how they work within NS.

The Dr_Twist Government would like to thank the Austar Union for its Offer. We are presently looking the situation over the Dr_Twist government believes that the state Government of Albania is presently just spreading propaganda to drag us into a civil war in the state. We hope things keep quiet within the state but believe if nothing happens soon violence will be on the cards.

The Dr_Twist Government has Ordered the Closing of the Albanian Boarders to the Bulgarian Empire, the Boarder will be lined with Dr_Twist Armed forces number 1.8 Million from the permanent 6 Million Troop Garrison within the Bulgarian Empire under Dr_Twist control.

If the state government is spreading propeganda, then shouldnt the federal courts intervene, for it is against the constitution (the Austarian constitution anyway). Surely it would be a crime against yours.

I would think that the political party in charge of the state would be charged with treason.

In the meantime, our government has prepared several pro-Dr_Twist advertising campaigns. We are willing to implement them into the state if you wish...

Dr_Twist freedom of Speech rights are so good they have become to good as this is the state using the Dr_Twist Freedom of Speech laws to being a Propaganda campaign for the state to become independent, and because of how Dr_Twist Laws work if we change the law they legally can continue to do what they are doing as new laws come into affect when they are approved and will only affect what happens from that date on and cannot affect previous violations of that law.

The Dr_Twist Government has Given Austar Union free rain on what they wish to broadcast into Albania.

The Dr_Twist Socialist Government has called a meeting to vote on this and hopefully install new propaganda laws and the Tsar has already given his blessing to pass the laws.

45 Mins ago Riots broke out within Albania which is a state of the Bulgarian Empire, the Riots have turned really bad and the local police force doesn't have the ability to stop the riots. Builds and being fire Bombed all over the nation and people have taken to the streets with guns and any weapons they can find.

This Morning the Government has passed a new special law that has the power to overwrite Laws when people or State commit Revolutionary acts or acts of conspiracy towards the crown.

3000 cartorian riot troops will be sent in. They will each be equipped with:
1 stun gun
1 gas mask
1 night stick
8 flashbangs
1 pellet fireing pistol
1 actual hand gun with 8 clips
full body armor

some shall use tear gas and high pitched nosie devices (in real life these are being tested for riot devices by being so loud the people cant stand it)

in additon 5000 of our finest police dogs and 500 horseback troopers with the same load out stated above.

Riots continue around the Nation but the bulk of the population are staying in there home being safe from all the Violence. Dr_Twist TV Stations and Radio Stations have been broadcasting into the Balkan state to make them understand that Dr_Twist Laws are extremely free and because they were so free this is what happens.
