OOC:

I will go along, but you MUST admit it was an ACCIDENT, I am not one to play a Nation of Killers.

Message from the Chief Socialist President

My Dear Comrade Brethren, it is my Absolute Sadness to report that a tracking system detected a Rocket looking much like an ICBM, and fired a Stinger Long-Range Intercepter Rocket to prevent the ICBM from engaging The People of Its Target.

Sadly, as it now seems, our system of Defense has a fault, and we shall over-haul these systems with Informational History on Non-ICBM and ICBM Chassis. We send our deepest Apologies, and wish to do anything in our power to make up for the loss of these Brave Souls, which are undoubtly in the Hands of The Peoples God, Lord God Almighty.

You must pay to the astronauts families, and the cost for 50 Years of R&D for the Saturn XI. The Total Sum: $ 750 000 000 000

If you don't, we'll have to take a little more drastic method.
