Unsuspecting farmers strike oil in the South West Is Rah Eal!
Once low budget farmers are now millionares as Jim was 'digging a grave for his dead potatoe: 'Bob', may he rest in peace'. The goverment has quickly bought up all the land where it is found, and will be currently selling oil for cheap prices!

We want the oil. We will use force if necessary, but I'm sure that it will not get to that point. We have money to offer. $800,000,0000,000 for 3 oil fields.

We at the government of WiH would like to purchase 6oil tankers, please name your price and i will check on it to see wether its any good.
And also a friendly piece of advice, dont sell to cheaply, and dont leyt other nations send lots of troops into your country, and if they do with your permission, make sure you can fight them of with your military(unless their trusted allies).

The Principality of Oshima and Izu is a young nation, so please rest assured we harbour no designs against your indepedence.
We are however looking for opportunities to acquire natural resources such as oil. At present the funds available for investment are limited, but we do have access to regional investors (with acces to many financial resources) who prefer to remain at length from events.
If your government is prepared to consider investment proposals, I cordially invite you to reply, including details of your prices and potential schemes for the development of your oil resources.
