Irasland, thanks to our many allies, and our own scientists, have finally gotten nuclear capabilities. Today, we have tested, successfully might I add, our first nuclear warhead on an island that is uninhabitied. We have built buildings, and put old vehicles in the two "cities" to see what happens to a state-of-the-art city. The results: the cities, and much of the plant-life on this 18 mile-long island were flatted... destroyed. We have turned to our allies after the testing to help us product new nuclear missiles and bombs. We have two left, which will start our stock-pile.

EDIT: Oh, and by the way... I've heard then general acceptance population for nations who get nuclear power on their own is about 100 million... We're 93 million... with help.

That isn't the issue. The issue is that, for fair RP, you cannot have nukes until you are at least a month old. How you claim to get them is irrelevant, it does not happen. It would be like if you, at 93 million, were to launch one billion soldiers to attack a nation. It aint gonna happen.

Do you want me to contact my allies who help me? One is over 1 billion in population... others are at least 1-2 months of age. Infact, I'll do that, so it will please you.

Ok... so, I have the capabilities, but no stock pile until I'm a month old. Fine.

He can have nukes at his age, but only if he RPed their aquisition (ie he RPed a purchase, or RPed their developement with these 'allied' nations.)

We agree with Communist Louisiana on everything... good job, but no stockpile until you're a month old. We have just begun our stockpile.

While Quvai-Nischa is pleased for your scientists' success, we sincerely hope that you will not launch chemical war unprovoked, and that you will conduct any further tests in Desert areas and not near any water. As we are a coastal nation, we are understandably worried about any wastes making their way into the ocean. We also advocate that the tests only be conducted where the fallout will not affect the animal and plant life.
