Today RFF troops stormed a believed terrorist groups HQ and found a surplus of WMDs. They found everything from nukes, to ebolia. The goverment has seized these WMDs and stored them in an undisclosed location. All of the terrorist found are schedualed to have a public brutal execution (Stoning) on 12/15. Sec of war: Sir, these are open broadcasts of proof that terrorists have acquired Weapons of Mass Destruction! Look at what Terror has done in our nation? Who is to say that the CSF ouf Quanda will not find its way with these groups and unleash weapons upon our cities?

Announcer: President Richard Smith has officiall brought Quanda to the world stage today. While just the victim of a terror attack a few days ago, Smith has issued a doctrine requiring RFF, a nation that recently uncovered WMD housed by terror groups, to respect human rights. They have evidence that RFF uses torture besides its issue of public stoning execution and making a sporting event out of this.
The Quandan parliment has already announced sanctions against RFF.

To:Leaders of all nations wishing to send troops into RFF
I am afraid that I can not allow troops into my nation. Any troops found in my nation that I have not approved will be thought a threat and RFF will act accordingaly. As you are aware RFF has recantly aqquired a surplus of WMDs, and we have no intent of using them unless we feel that it would be in our best intrest to do so. You will also find it difficult to find these prisoners. We ask that you use diplomatic channels to accoplish your goals.

we wish to know if there were R.E.D. 6 capsules within the WMD seized if so we DEMAND that our wepon is returned to us if not then we dont care about the wepons.
we have recently lost a shippment of R.E.D. 6 and we MUST find it. if u do have R.E.D. 6 and do not hand over the wepon we will responed with FORCE.
How many where lost.It is just to confirm.
about 25 we know there were sold in one but not to whom this is a warning R.E.C 3 is the only thing that can stop R.E.D 6 and only a few people have it (the ones who were buying it off me with the red 6) we must get the 25 capsules back we have found out that a mutation has happened to at lest on of the capsules and if we do not fix this it could spread out of control and killl billions befor we could stop it.

1-2 hours: seems like a cold
2-3 hours: dizzyness and sickness comes bleeding from ears starts
3-4 hours: eyes are completely read due to blood veslse explodeing bleeding form figuer nails starts.
4-5 hours: bleeding from sweet pours starts
5-6 hours if infected is still alive massive inturnal bleeding starts

Agent Trin from intarnal affiers will arive in 1 hour we dispaced him befor u asked. he is in a civy transport.
5 agents meet Agent Trin. One of them pulls out a bottle of something resembling mace. The agent sprays it in Agent Trin's eyes and says "You'll see in an hour, MABEY." They lead the agent to a truck and put him in the back of it.

At this comment the agents put handcuffs on Agent Trin's wrist and ankles, gag him, blindfold him, strip him of all cloths, and throw him in the dessert with the weapons.

Transmission to RFF-
The A.P.C. would like to send along two of our agents to inspect the WMD's that were found in your country if you would allow it because some terrorist cell managed to steal four nuclear warheads and three viral warheads when we were transporting them along a rural route.
