The state department of the Irish-Germanic states would like issue a general annoucment to the Nationstates community.
Under secretarial law section27 amendment 4 private goverment contractors are now allowed to offer risk managment services to other countries.

Insurence to cover any rescue operations on a countries citizen's behalf
Risk Analaysis
Security Consultation
The Ability for the private enterprise (that a country has selected to cover themselvs) to enact a seriies of protocals which would under international law and federal inter country law allow them to use the nessecary force to bring your citizens home from a kidnapping or abduction.
