Within the past few minutes the President of Ibico has announced that a unkown agressor has detontated a nuclear weapon in the sw of the country. He said to the assembled press at his Donkey Ranch were he is assiting in the war effort.
"We will not give in to these acts of terror although we are a young nation we will find who did this and we will see to it that they are dealt with"
This annoucement comes just hours after Ibico forces withdrew from major combat in Stonies with light casualtys
