Kahta, previously on Attica's Blacklist, has been moved to the greylist. The greylist increases security against Kahta, and makes an official political position for the Empire against Kahta.
The reason we are doing this is simple because Kahta is planning on building upwards of 10,000 Nuclear ICBM silos, after he had threatened to use nuclear force on a nation in which the domestic policies were not to his likening. Being on the greylist, colonies of the Attican Empire will also be boycotting trade with the nation, and we suggest other nations do as well.
OOC: Just let it be known, Kahta, that I have a large number of ICBMs tracking your nation at this moment, waiting in their silos. I am also watching you from above with sattelites.
