Me and a friend have recently had a really good idea (IMO) for a UN proposal which involves increasing mining and boosting the economy. However, when I clicked on the link for submitting the proposal, I found that it fits into none of the categoires. The closest was Environmental, but that would have the completely opposite effect to what I had planned. So, what category do you think it should go under? Or should I just scrap the idea?

Judging from the lack of replies, I am going to assume that it is a lost cause.
Well ... we have been mining the moon in a cladestine manner for a number of years... we'd hate to have the UN show up and catch us in the act....

The moon, Letila is already mining other solar systems. Then again, we are space faring. We even have our own planet so that the 1 billion+ population doesn't compete with Earth.
