Zizzle has proposed that Marijuana be allowed to be grown and sold as a cash crop throughout NationStates.
Any support for a quorum is appreciated. Voting ends in 4 days
Do a search for Marijuana in the United Nations and you'll find it (it's the only one with marijuana in it's proposal apparently).

Whether or not one has ever reached quorum (which I doubt) is beyond me, though.

Hirota has nailed it. It is a national issue. As much as I want all forms of entertainment to be legal (Drugs, prostitution, gambling included).... it is a matter for each nation to decide on it's own.
