What happens if two nations have the same number of endorsements? Which one becomes delegate? My nation is the founder nation, do I have precedent?
Well, in my opinion the first of the two nations to consume an entire case of beer should get the delegate-ship, :wink:
But in reality I would assume that since there is no majority then there would remain to be no delegate until one assumes a majority of votes.
This is an interesting question, perhaps a moderator could comment please?

I would have through the previous delegate would continue to hold the position till the stalemate is broken.
