Not Accepting Proposals So Rapidly

25-11-2003, 00:14
With the recent passing of the Free Rights of Labor Unions law, it has come to my attention that much of the member nations of the UN are too quick to accept proposals, some it appears, do not even read over the proposals, they instead accept everything. I would like to ask that all members of the UN thoroughly look over the interlying details within the proposals at hand in the future. If too many are to quick to vote yes, then all of our nations could suffer because of the fact that the proposal was not completely thought over, and not completely debated. The recent passing of the Free Rights of Labor Unions law has weakened the economy of the Galashian Empire and any other nations that do not rely upon corporations for their capital. The proposal stated outright that Labor Unions would gain more power, and would be totally separate from the government and the police forces. It's almost like having a completely different nation within your country! To give more freedom to the labor unions is to take away the power the government has over its businesses. When Unions separate from the government, it means they can grow, and eventually revolt against the government and take complete power. This is not good! So in the future, read between the lines of proposals.
