How many accounts are we talking? And what size? If they are all 6 million, then it will only take one big country to wipe him out quickly.....

Collaboration: He posted it here because he created a UN proposal dedicated to the demise of the nation in question, which will probablysoon be DEATed.
D_e_a_t_h: It is not illegal to have 4-5 countries, unless more than one of the nations are UN.
You should also not be spamming the TG inboxes of Regional Delegates with this matter.
I suggest taking this to an RP in the NS forum if you do want to confront your friend. Making a UN proposal isn't going to do it.

Proposals calling for war on another nation are going to get you in trouble (at least if it is enodia who removes it).
It is bad form to use puppets in RP, but if they are all six million pops (and he is not using more than six of them) then I might consider turning them into hole-riddled parking lots for you for you (or rather declare war and then ignore him when he begins godmodding).
