The region of Yugioh Realm used to contain a single nation called Dartz Island. Recently a UN nation moved there followed today by mine. For two updates in a row this region has had 2 nations in it and Dartz Island is still listed as Hermit while Gallipoli-China 1's influence has risen to the rank of Ambassador. I've been wondering how this can be since Hermit seems only to be found within regions containing a single nation.

Maybe Influence isn't a clear-cut as people assume it to be ...

For regions with a nation that contains some high % of the influence, they are a hermit. They will stay like that for awhile, but you will eventually catch up.
