Not sure if this goes here, but I haven't had an Issue since Friday night. Is this normal?

Click on the "settings" link under your nation's name. Somewhere on the list it gives you there is an Issues setting window.

Click the settings button on the left a little under your nation's name then three boxes down you should see text that says "New Issues" Then changes one per weekday to what is convienent to you.
Note: If for some reason this does not work post again
