Hopefully this will post... have tried several times ...

The founder of the Fertile Crescent is not responding to anyone or anything. Concerned over the possibility of the region and its inhabitants disappearing with the founder, a new UN delegate, yours truly, happened to have the 2nd most endorsements so was appointed to manage things either until the founder returned or expired. Could someone please answer these 3 questions:

1. Does access appear on the UN delegate's option board or is there some hunting around or html code for those regional administrative tools?

2. If the founder might have ? locked the region's worldbook before disappearing, would the new delegate have access if the founding nation expires?

3. If the founder ceased to exist, would the next UN member with the most endorsements be made UN delegate, or would the region crash?

1. If the Founder has enabled delegate access to the regional controls, you'll see a link called 'Enter Regional Controls' If the Founder has barred access, the delegate will not see the link until the Founder ceases to exist.

2. When the Founder ceases to exist, full regional control is transferred to the delegate. This includes the factbook entry.

3. The Founder is no relation to the UN. The Founder and the delegate can be two different nations.

Right, point by point....
Hopefully this will post... have tried several times ... Yeah, the forums are always slow. Hopefully we'll be moving to a new better server soon, which will change the speed but not much else.

1. Does access appear on the UN delegate's option board or is there some hunting around or html code for those regional administrative tools? IF delegate access is enabled (which in Fertile Crescent it currently is not), the link will appear right under the "move to a new region!" sentence. It's easy to see.

2. If the founder might have ? locked the region's worldbook before disappearing, would the new delegate have access if the founding nation expires? Yes, regions with deleted founders have access open to the delegate.

3. If the founder ceased to exist, would the next UN member with the most endorsements be made UN delegate, or would the region crash? Confusing wording... but should the founder cease to exist, nothing would change except that you'd get access to regional controls - you're the delegate right now, which has nothing to do with whether the founder exists or not. The only way a region can 'crash' is if everyone left it.
