I have some strange apparently contradictory reports coming at me when I check on my nation:
1st paragraph: "....Its compassionate, hard-working, intelligent population of 348 million live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs."
2nd paragraph: "...Crime is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare."
Is this right?

OK, so there are a few minor inconsistencies . . . :lol:
But hey, the way you answer issues makes slight changes to all sorts of inter-dependent variables, and there are probably thresholds for all that stuff. Sometimes, you might get a conflict. It will probably pass.

I thought that there was a variable for the size of a nation's police force, after all it is one of the rankings that we see. I had always thought that the 'biker gangs' indicated a zero value or a very low one, but obviously I am wrong...
...instead it just seems to be an indicator for "this is an anarchist state". Hmm, an anarchist state with an omnipresent government and an all-pervasive police force?

Actually, the three paragraphs are only loosly connected.
The first paragraph has a few variables: population, compassionate/cynical, and a toss-out depending on issue selection such as 'noted for a complete lack of social welfare.'
The rest of the paragraph (ie: that part about the biker gangs) is directly tied to your UN classification. Every Anarchy has biker gangs.
The third paragraph is entirely dependant on user input. Animal and currency from the Settings, and the rest from issue selection. That's where the inconsistancies can crop up. If you get certain issues several days in a row, and pick different things, you can have a country that is Catholic, Aethiest, and lead by a New Age Guru.
More of a quirk than a bug or glitch.
Lol, in my (RL) country some policeofficers ride motorbikes. I don't see any problems with livin in perpetual fear because of bikergangs, and having no crime because of having an all-pervasive policeforce. Though, for an anarchy this is totally contradictionary.
Anarchy should be: "A complete lack of autority whatsoever".
